Our Process

• Once your profile has been created, it will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter(s) in our office.
• If your skills/qualifications match a position we are currently filling, or see a need for in the near future, you will be contacted for an interview. We do our best to contact our applicants within 48 hours, depending upon the volume of applications at that time.
• The recruiter may have you complete some computer testing, personality profiling, and/or check your employment references. This ensures that we have a complete picture of what you have to offer, and what jobs would be a great fit for you overall. These elements are determined on an individual basis
• Once registered, you can also indicate an interest by applying to specific listings on our job board. To do this, use the link on the right side of the posting under 'Already Registered?' quoting the job number and position title. If you have questions, email us at [email protected] or contact us by phone.
• If you have created your profile, and haven't heard back from us in a few days, please feel free to contact our office to ensure we have received your registration, or for further information.
• While we do our best to find great employment matches for our candidates, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a position for every applicant

When all of the steps are completed, you will become a part of our candidate database. When employers contact us to fill a position, if your skills/qualifications meet what they need you will be contacted by a recruiter in our office. Your recruiter will then be able to discuss the details of the employment possibility with you.
