Ryan Miller, CHRP | Director and Owner
A Human Resources Generalist in both union and non-union environments, Ryan has 19 years of leadership experience in HR practices, as well as seven years experience in Labour/Management relations. He is Past-President of the Human Resources Management Association of Lethbridge. Ryan has had extensive involvement in the Southern Alberta business community, drawing upon his professional experience to effectively assist employers in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, retention, training, development, conflict resolution, and community relations. Ryan possesses expert knowledge in effective recruitment and retention strategies, creating opportunities for highly successful placements for clients. His key strength lies in his ability to think outside the box, and his dedication to meeting his clients’ staffing needs.
Lettie Croskery, BA | Manager | SELECT Pro
Lettie brings over 15 years experience in career counselling and education, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Certificate in Adult Education. She currently leads SELECT's professional placement team in developing a pool of talented candidates, and filling a spectrum of career roles in Southern Alberta. Lettie specializes in getting to know the business community in our area, and has a proven track record in finding an ideal 'fit' to meet their recruitment needs. She is an invaluable resource to our staff, candidates, and clients.
David Kunst | Manager | SELECT Temp
David has been a dedicated member of the SELECT team since 2007. Utilizing over 15 years of management experience, he currently handles large corporate accounts as well as placements in our clerical, industrial, and ag project divisions. David plays an integral role in the management of WCB administration within his division. His key strength lies in his ability to think quickly and problem solve creatively, creating highly successful placements that are in the best interests of his clients.

Tara joined the SELECT team in 2010. From RCMP to employment facilitator, Tara's diverse background gives her valuable insight into an array of industries, as well as the job market present in Southern Alberta. In her current role with SELECT, Tara uses her experience to conduct effective recruiting, business development, top talent promotions, and excels at maintaining win-win relationships with valued clients.
Teresa Cavanaugh | Recruitment Consultant | SELECT Temp
Teresa joined SELECT in 2008, bringing over 15 years of experience as an Administrative Professional. Teresa focuses on temporary and permanent clerical placements in our Staffing Division. She excels at interviewing candidates, communicating with clients, and creating successful matches between our skilled candidates and valued clients. Most recently, Teresa played an integral role in implementing, and training our staff to use, our new staffing software.
Easter Tan | Administrative Assistant
Easter has been a valuable member of the SELECT team since March of 2012. She enjoys interacting with people, providing invaluable information and assistance to our recruiters, clients, and candidates. Easter is highly skilled in critical thinking, and multitasking, keeping our front office running smoothly.
Helen Kloepper | Accounting and Payroll
Helen has been a valuable part of the Teamwork Training Ltd. team since 1999. She would describe herself as a "numbers person", and is presently responsible for the financial workings of the company, including SELECT payroll, invoice management, and administration of the health benefits program. Helen's strength lies in her experience, her dedication to accuracy, and her ability to troubleshoot potential difficulties.
Davida Beaune | Recruitment Consultant
Davida joined the SELECT team in June 2012 after a career with a large food processing facility. While there she developed and piloted a foreign worker recruitment and placement program that was so successful she received the keys to a city in the Philippines and co-founded a non profit organization dedicated to intercultural communication. She brings that drive and determination to SELECT; after just six months she placed 400 people in the right seat.
