I have been working in the Human Resources field for 20+ years and have extensive experience in effectively assisting employers in all aspects of HR including recruitment, retention, training, development and conflict resolution My strength lies in my ability to think outside the box in meeting clients needs and I enjoy being actively involved in my community.

I have been with the Teamwork Training family for 8 years now in a variety of roles. I started at the front desk and have recently moved into the Operations Manager role for Select. I love trying to find ways to make processes and procedures more efficient and I am excited to use my skills to support the Select team in achieving their goals.

We have a great team here that supports each other’s interests and passions; I have never felt embarrassed to sport my anime-related magnets, cups, or backpack at work.

I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a degree in Psychology in 2022. I am originally from Calgary but fell in love with Lethbridge and it's small town vibe, endless local coffee shops, bakeries, and small businesses. In my free time I love to do embroidery, bake, and garden.
